A confirmation letter will be sent to you via email and it will advice you on the amount to be paid and the account number for the bank transfer.

Payment Methods

All payments will be accepted through bank transfers. This can be done via internet banking or ATM transfer. The account number will be given in the confirmation email. Once we receive your payment, we will send out your order promptly. For personal collection, upfront cash payment is required at the point of collection.

For international buyers, Paypal is available.

Delivery Method Offered

Normal Local Singapore Mail
2 to 7 working days
$0.50 for small items such as earrings $1.00 for big items such as bracelets and necklaces.

Registered Mail
2 to 7 working days
S$2.50 on top of the normal postage charges(as shown above)

Unless the customer specifies that they will like to use registered mail, otherwise the normal local Singapore mail will be used instead. Personal collection can also be arranged but the venue, day and time will have to subject to my availability. (Sorry!!)

For International Mail
Please email me regarding the country that you would like me to send to and I would provide you with the pricing from the post office.

Refund, Return or Exchange Policies

You are free to correct or cancel your order before it has been confirmed. However, once you receive the order confirmation email, the order can no longer be corrected nor cancelled.

Payment (for delivery) is to be made 3 days upon our confirmation. However, if we do not receive your payment within those 3 days, orders will be automatically cancelled.

Similarly, we do not offer any cancellation of orders, exchange of items, refund or return of money paid for all items that are sent to the customer through registered or postal mail after 2 days upon the customer's receipt of the ordered items. No refund/exchange of items for personal collection after they pay for the goods.

All items are well-protected in bubble wrap when shipping out. However, in the circumstance that the items are received in a bad state, we will give you a prompt exchange if you contact us within 2 days upon receipt and we will exchange your item within one week. If your ordered item is not available, you can exchange for another item of the same or higher value but, you would need to top-up the difference in the price.
